COMPRANDO, MA ANCHE PRODUCEDO IN PROPRIO. GLI ITALO BRITANNICI CI SONO DENTR
CON L'AGUSTA WESTLAND E CERCANO DI FAR PROPRIE LE COMMESSE PIU' GROSSE. GLI
AMERICANI INVECE SI DISFANNO DI VECCHI SCARCASSONI E TROVANO NELL'ACQUIRENTE
TURCO UN BUON CLIENTE(ROBA VECCHIA DA AMMODERNARE E COSUCCE POCO PIU'
DECENTI).

L'ITALIA, IL SUO GOVERNO E LE SUE INDUSTRIE NON POSSONO IN NESSUNA MANIERA
FAR ACCORDI CON UN GOVERNO CHE E' IN GUERRA. NEL RISPETTO DELLE LEGGI VIGENTI
ITALIANE ED INTERNAZIONALI SI CONTINUA AD INFRENGERE IL DIRITTO. SOTTO GLI
OCCCHI DI TUTTI PRODUCIAMO ED ESPORTIAMO MORTE. FU COSI' CON GOVERNI DI CENTRO
SINISTRA E COSI' CON UN GOVERNO DI DESTRA.

MILITARI DAL KURDISTAN E SMETTA DI ACQUISTARE MATERIALE BELLICO DAL NOSTRO
PAESE. SI DIFFIDI IL MINISTERO DEGLI ESTERI ITALIANO, IL MINISTERO DELLA DIFESA
E DEL COMMERCIO ESTERO E I LORO ATTUALI MINISTRI IN CARICA NELL'AVVIARE
CONCLUDERE AFFARI CON PAESI IN GUERRA COME LA TURCHIA CHE UCCIDE CON ARMI
LEGGERE E PESANTI SPARATE DA ELICOTTER I ANCHE DI FABBRICAZIONE ITALIANA I
GUERRIGLIERI KURDI CHE RESISTONO NELLE MONTAGNE AL CONFINE CON L'IRAQ.\

DEVE IL GOVERNO IN CARICA OTTEMPERARE AL DIRITTO INTERNAZIONALE E AL DIRITTO
TUTTORA VIGENTE IN ITALIA IN PARTICOLAR MODO SEGUENDO LA LETTERA DELLA LEGGE
185/1990 LA DOVE AFFERMA CHE:

Art. 1.

Controllo dello Stato.

1. L’esportazione, l’importazione e il transito di materiale di armamento
nonchè la cessione delle relative licenze di produzione devono essere conformi
alla politica estera e di difesa dell’Italia. Tali operazioni vengono
regolamentate dallo Stato secondo i princìpi della Costituzione repubblicana
che ripudia la guerra come mezzo di risoluzione delle controversie
internazionali.

2. L’esportazione, l’importazione e il transito dei materiali di armamento,
di cui all’art. 2, nonchè la cessione delle relative licenze di produzione,
sono soggetti ad autorizzazioni e controlli dello Stato.

3. Il Governo predispone misure idonee ad assecondare la graduale
differenziazione produttiva e la conversione a fini civili delle industrie nel
settore della difesa.

4. Le operazioni di esportazione e transito sono consentite solo se
effettuate con governi esteri o con imprese autorizzate dal governo del paese
destinatario.

E ANCORA IL MINISTERO DELLA DIFESA NON SI DISCOSTI IN NULLA RIGUARDO LA
POSSIBILITA' DI ESTROMETTERE DAL COMMERCIO L'AZIENDA CHE NON SI SOTTOMETTA ALLA
NOSTRA COSTITUZIONE E ALLE LEGGI VIGENTI IN MATERIA DI COMMERCIO IN ARMAMENTI
UTILIZZANDO L'ART.3 DELLA SUDDETTA LEGGE CHE PERMETTE DI ESCLUDERE ANCHE PER
SEMPRE UN IMPRESA DAL COMMERCIO

Art. 3.

Registro nazionale delle imprese.

1. Presso il Ministero della difesa, ufficio del Segretario generale -
Direttore nazionale degli armamenti, è istituito il registro nazionale delle
imprese e consorzi di imprese operanti nel settore della progettazione,
produzione, importazione, esportazione, manutenzione e lavorazioni comunque
connesse di materiale di armamento, precisate e suddivise secondo le funzioni
per le quali l’iscrizione può essere accettata. Copie di tale registro
nazionale e dei suoi aggiornamenti sono trasmesse, per i fini della presente
legge, ai Ministeri degli affari esteri, dell’interno, delle finanze, dell’
industria, del commercio e dell’artigianato e del commercio con l’estero.

IN TURCHIA C'E' UNA GUERRA CHE NON VEDE QUASI NESSUNO E CHE SOLO UNA PARTE,
IL GOVERNO TURCO, ANCORA VUOLE COMBATTERE. NESSUNA AZIENDA ITALIANA DEVE FARE
AFFARI DI MORTE SULLA PELLE DEGLI INNOCENTI. IL GOVERNO ATTUALE RITIRI COMMESSE
VERSO LA TURCHIA ED ESCLUDA LA POSSIBILITA' CHE AZIENDE ITALIANE E LORO
CONTROLLATE IN ALTRI PAESI CONCLUDANO AFFARI. I MORTI KURDI IN GUERRA VALGONO I
MORTI ITALIANI, SENZA CONTARE I CIVILI. SI RISPETTI IL DIRITTTO INTERNAZIONALE
E SI CESSI DA SUBITO LA CESSIONE DI INFROMAZIONI CHE AZIENDE ITALIANE STANO
FACENDO PARTECIPANDO AD ADDESTRAMENTO INDUSTRIALE CON INGEGNERI TURCHI(COME
AVVIENE DA MESI NELLA PROVINCIA DI VICENZA PER LA COSTRUZIONE DI VETTORI
LEGGERI E DA GUERRA).

Turkey is planning to design, develop and produce its own light utility
helicopter for military and civilian purposes over the next 10 years and is
open to cooperation with other countries, the nation's defense procurement
agency has announced.

"A program will be developed for the design, production and logistical
support of a light utility helicopter with a take-off weight of between three
and four tons," the Undersecretariat for Defense Industries (SSM) said in its
latest official report on strategy objectives, the "Strategic Document for
Defense Industry between 2009 and 2016." The document was obtained by Hurriyet
Daily News & Economic Review.

"The program will mainly target the local market, but will also be open to
cooperation with other nations," the SSM said. The program is due to have
military and civilian components.

The Turkish military presently operates hundreds of utility helicopters,
including over 100 S-70 Black Hawks made by the U.S. Sikorsky Aircraft and
another 100 or more Vietnam War-era UH-1 Hueys.

In addition, the Air Force has some 20 AS-520 Cougars, and the “e-military's”
inventory includes 19 older Russian Mi-17 platforms.

Also under an ongoing program, the Italian-British AgustaWestland and
Sikorsky are competing for joint production of more than 100 new utility
platforms, worth more than $1 billion.

But a vast majority of these helicopters are medium size, and Turkey's newly
announced multi-billion dollar program targets the manufacture of light utility
platforms.

Second countries may participate:

The SSM said it would welcome cooperation with "second countries" for the
planned light utility helicopter program.

"Our assembly line will be based in Turkey, and an assembly line can be
established for any interested second country. These potential second countries
would be welcome to manufacture the fuselage for their platforms themselves,
but their final assembly line would be located in Turkey," it said in the
strategy document.

"Parts of the engine to be selected will be produced and the engine's
assembly will be performed in Turkey," the SSM said.

Separately, to boost the military's air transport capabilities, the SSM is
negotiating a deal with the United States for the purchase of 10 CH-47 heavy
lift helicopters made by Boeing.

Missile acquisitions

Ankara said yesterday the purchase of missiles and the modernization of arms
systems was entirely the concern of the Turkish Armed Forces, or TSK.

Asked if missile acquisitions were not contradictory to Turkey’s policy of
zero problems with neighbors, Foreign Ministry spokesman Burak Özügergin said:
“While pointing out how we look at our relations with our neighbors and what we
aim for, we are talking about the concept of zero problems with neighbors and
no contradiction should be sought between the two issues.”
